On National Child Day, November 20th, Shki Waase-Aaban Binoojiinh Gamik, travelled to the Sudbury Cineplex theatre to watch the movie “The Wild Robot.” The Daycare felt the day was an appropriate one to take in the excursion, allowing the daycare ‘friends’ to travel with the RECE (registered early childhood educators) staff by bus.
Everyone enjoyed the outing which included experiences of riding on the bus, selecting a seat in the big theater, enjoying snacks, and watching a show on the big screen.
